DynaSuite Neuro - Automated Processing for Optimized Workflow DynaSuite Neuro is a high performance advanced MR neuro solution by Invivo, designed for optimal workflow and repeatable analysis for pediatrics and adults. The data is automatically processed and displayed in predefined layouts which are customizable for the physicians preference. The simplified user interface provides the neuroradiologist with the tools to analyze perfusion (PWI), diffusion (DWI) and functional MRI (fMRI) quickly and easily.
DynaSuite Neuro is compatible with all major MRI systems. Data sets from the MR System are automatically sent to DynaSuite Neuro, processed in the background and registered to a high resolution 3D T1. In each review screen, images are synchronized for easy viewing and correlation.
DynaSuite Neuro is designed to streamline your workflow through automated processes. Its algorithms optimize settings that have been proven in the clinical environment. Comprehensive quality checks are available to provide you with that extra measure of confidence. Registration, vessel, skull stripping, diffusion and fMRI QC applications allow you to make a visual inspection of the results and make adjustments to positioning or thresholds. DynaSuite Neuro also provides you with the ability to create a "results image series" and a final report. The results images as well as the report can be sent to your PACS system and automatically combined with the original study data. The report is converted to a DICOM file and can be viewed with the images. The results images can also be exported to a surgical planning system.
Invivo has added NeuroQuant quantitative analysis to the DynaSuite Neuro platform. This option compliments the advanced applications of DynaSuite Neuro and functional MRI (fMRI).
Advances in processing of MRI data have led to the development of applications that can provide structural MRI with volumetric quantification. The NeuroQuant system option automatically provides volumes of the Hippocampus and lateral ventricles; structures known to be affected by Alzheimer’s disease. These results can be shown against an age related normative database for comparison.

- Diffusion Review - DWI and DTI color map - Fractional anisotropy (FA) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) - FA and ADC values on a voxel by voxel basis or for a region of interest (ROI). Mean and standard deviations for ROIs
- The 3D display within Smart Fusion Review provides rotation for surgical planning, as well as cut planes, adjustable thresholds and transparency levels for optimal visualization.
- fMRI Review - Displays single or multiple fMRI activations - Threshold, opacity, and color selections - Time course graphs for activations
- Perfusion Review - Relative Cerebral Blood Volume (rCBV), relative Cerebral Blood Flow (rCBF), Mean Transit Time (MTT), and relative Time To Peak (rTTP) - Acquired values, plus corrections for leakage and gamma variate - Color coded graph of results
