American Society of Neuroradiology Symposium
May 18 - May 23
Join us May 18-23, 2019 for the 57th American Society of Neuroradiology Annual Meeting at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. The theme for the Annual Meeting, “Connection: Science and Practice,” emphasizes the dual focus on clinical neuroradiology and the latest in research developments and also refers to the important role of connection and connectedness as a broad theme in neuroscience and human nature. The opening symposium, “From Connectome to Connection” will trace this role of connection and connectedness from the latest research in human brain mapping to our understanding of the importance of human connection in well-being and happiness, with a clinical focus on disrupted connection in developmental disorders, stroke, white matter disease, dementia, traumatic brain injury, and psychiatric disorders.
We’ll have a special focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence in neuroradiology, in addition to the latest in head and neck imaging, pediatric and functional neuroradiology, vascular disease and spine, in addition to health policy programming with updates on payment policy and Medicare for the practicing radiologist.
